If I have multiple independent motor vehicle GDNs, can I take the course once and upload the same certificate of completion?

The bond must be signed by the dealer and the bonding representative. The bond must include a proper Power ofwel Attorney from the bonding company. Franchisees, travel trailer dealers, and utility/semitrailer dealers are exempt from the dealer surety bond requirement.

You must have a display lot with room for 5 or more motorfiets vehicles ofwel the type you are selling. If your business building kan zijn shared with another Texas dealer, you must keep each dealers inventory separate and each dealer will need at least 5 display spaces. A Texas dealer can have a storage lot at a separate location for vehicles but Texas law strictly prohibits any sales activity to take place on the storage lot.

Once the license kan zijn approved, it is printed and mailed (along with your dealer plates, if any) to the Texas mailing address listed on your GDN application.
Franchised dealers do not have to apply for a separate lessor license to be able to lease the vehicles they are licensed to sell.
7. Maintain Business Hours and Records A retail Texas dealer must be open at least four days a week for at least four consecutive hours per day. A wholesale dealer must be open at least two days per week for at least two consecutive hours per day. Travel trailer and trailer/semi-trailer dealers may operate seven days a week. If a person holds a motor vehicle license and a trailer license, they may open on Saturdays and Sundays but cannot sell motorfiets vehicles on both Saturday and Sunday. Motor vehicles may only be sold on Saturday or Sunday, never on both days. We will discuss hours of operation extensively in your six-hour web-based dealer license class. You must also maintain records on all vehicles purchased, leased, and sold, for a minimum ofwel 48 months.
